SalaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team as a Sales and Operations Assistant. As a Sales and Operations Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the customer, Account Managers, and Business Development Managers. This is a dynamic position that requires strong administrative skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
What We Do..
Wauseon Machine specializes in Precision Machining, Custom Robotic Automation, and Tube Forming Technologies. The Precision Machining Division boasts 5th axis capabilities with 75+ CNC lathes, mills, grinders, and EDMs. Our skilled machinists can remanufacture or produce build-to-print parts, sub-assemblies, and complete tooling packages from all grades of steel, specialty metals, carbide, composites, and many plastics.
What You'll Do..
-Process requests for quotes and purchase orders.
Assist with job write-up as required.
-Liaison for processing customer’s needs by communicating with customer and Account Managers and Business Development Managers.
-Work closely with Estimating team and CRM Administrator to compile accurate data for customer needs.
-Collaborate with the rest of the Sales Operations team to ensure customer satisfaction.
-Monitor Account Manager email as needed.
-Manage house accounts as needed.
Qualifications We Seek..
-Associate degree in business or sales field or equivalent work experience.
-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Previous experience in an office setting is preferred
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Teams.
-Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
