Office Operations Assistant

Position: Operations Tech / Operations Assistant

Industry: Oil and Gas

Schedule: Monday - Friday

Description:

Responsibilities will include assisting the operations group in collecting, compiling, and analyzing data for various projects. This includes working with databases, reviewing production data, assisting with run tickets, maintaining DOT pipeline records, and production performance. Additional responsibilities will be working with invoices and project coding.

Requirements:

· Must have database management skills (SQL is a plus)

· Be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Pivot Tables.

· Experience of ProCount oil and gas entry software preferred.

· Knowledge of Spotfire and GIS a plus.

· Must have strong interpersonal skills and have the ability to work in a fast-paced multi-disciplined environment.

· BS in computer science or related discipline.

Compensation:

Total employee compensation will be determined upon a qualified candidate’s work experience, technical background and education relevant to the posted position's requirements and needs.
