Marketing Specialist for the Las Vegas Region
Please note this position requires in person visits to doctor's offices and clinics. You must be extroverted, well dressed, pleasant and charming. This is not an office/digital/social media marketing position. You should be a people person that can build client relationships and leverage those for business development. Pharmaceutical Sales or Marketing for Attorney's offices a plus.

We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team.
You will be helping us market a treatment for depression called TransCranial Stimulation or TMS. It is a FDA approved protocol where patients get treatment via a medical TMS device instead of medication.
Job Summary:
As a Marketing Specialist you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to promote TMS services to local doctors' offices and hospitals. This role requires a combination of strong marketing skills, knowledge of the healthcare industry, and the ability to build relationships with healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement targeted marketing strategies to engage local healthcare providers.
- Conduct in-person visits and phone calls to doctors' offices to present our products and services.
- Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, identifying their needs and how our services can meet them.
- Create marketing materials and campaigns tailored to the local healthcare market.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to the team to enhance marketing efforts.
- Ensure all marketing activities comply with legal and ethical standards specific to the healthcare industry.
- Collaborate with the sales team to align marketing strategies with sales objectives.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.
- Stay informed about changes in the healthcare market and competitor activities.
- Occasional travel to our Texas office for marketing operations.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field. A background in healthcare administration or public health is a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong understanding of the medical landscape and the ability to communicate effectively with healthcare professionals.
- Proven experience in creating and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and Marketing software tools.
- Knowledge of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, and analytics.
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations and compliance standards such as HIPAA.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work with data to inform marketing decisions.
- Creative thinker with a talent for innovative marketing solutions.
- Excellent organizational skills and experience in project management.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Willingness to travel locally and conduct in-person visits to doctors' offices.
