The Position

We are looking for a dynamic and energetic individual to work with our Sales and Marketing team. We are looking for an individual with some Sales and Marketing experience to work onsite with our creative teams in scenic Corrales, New Mexico. The Sales and Marketing Associate will report directly to the Manager of Sales and Marketing and will work closely with our Sales and Marketing Team, along with our designers, Director of Workshop, and CEO to help in various Sales and Marketing initiatives. Along with museums and Fortune 500 companies, we work with AV and design companies & partners, as well as K-12, higher education, and other educational institutions. The ideal candidate would help us deepen our connections with these important partners and clients. In addition, the Sales and Marketing Associate will help us grow our sales, expand in various vertical markets, and help increase our marketing and social media reach.

• A few years experience with sales, marketing, or administrative tasks
• Familiarity with basic marketing principles
• Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful
• Organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Sense of teamwork
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Self-motivated and hardworking
• Willingness to ask questions, knowing when to ask for help
• Tech Savvy with experience with a variety of office-related software
• Basic computer skills and knowledge, including Windows OS and Google Suite
• Demonstrated written communication skills
• Experience handling and routing inbound communications
• Excellent verbal skills
• Dependability and commitment to results
• Social media savvy
• Demonstrated experience with content creation and publishing for social media
• Bachelor's Degree in sales, marketing, writing, journalism, the arts, education, or another related field, or equivalent work experience

Extra Credit

• Experience with CRM software
• Experience with technical writing and/or copy editing
• Photography and/or video skills
• Experience with Photoshop or other Adobe applications
• Experience with GoogleAds, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising
• Experience with Google Analytics
• Deep knowledge of PC or AV systems
• Experience in education or with nonprofits

Essential Functions

• Direct help with sales support; both via email and phone (we do not cold-call)
• Works directly with educational, design, and AV partners
• Helps with spec sheets, price sheets, and other sales materials
• Helps with marketing emails and other promotional materials
• Assist with marketing initiatives such as photography and video shoots
• Participate and organize posting to various media channels such as YouTube, Flickr, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and others
• Strategizes with Sales and Marketing team as we set new goals and expand into new markets
• Help track ad performance and analytics
• Helps write blog posts portfolio pieces, descriptions, tags, and keywords

Job Details
This job is 100% onsite at our offices in Corrales, NM. If want to work remotely, please don't apply. The position pays $40K to $50K annually depending on experience.

After 90 days of employment, this position includes paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, critical illness and accident insurance, life insurance, and short-term/long-term disability. Employees are eligible after one year of employment for our 401K Safe Harbor Profit Sharing Plan.
