Position Overview:

As a Customer Service Representative and Customer Acquisition Specialist, you will play a crucial role in connecting with potential customers, fostering relationships, and driving growth. Your primary focus will be to provide exceptional customer service while identifying and pursuing opportunities to acquire new customers through various channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Engage with existing and potential customers in a friendly and professional manner.
• Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue opportunities to acquire new customers through inbound and outbound channels.
• Product Knowledge: Stay informed about our products and services to provide accurate information and assistance to customers.
• Problem Resolution: Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and effectively.
• Data Entry: Maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships.
• Enthusiastic and proactive attitude.
• Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software.
• A passion for marketing and customer acquisition is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $65,000.00 per year
