Tim Hogans Flooring, LLC is a fast-growing company with two locations in Charleston and Big Chimney West Virginia. We are looking for team members with a passion for selling that are self-motivated and detail oriented. Our sales people are compensated based on results and you will have ultimate control of your personal career growth. The position will be located between our Charleston and Big Chimney locations along with travel within the community to job sites, customer locations, referral sources, etc.

Strong candidates will be a self-starter, well organized and willing to create new business by developing relationships with both residential and commercial customers. Opportunity also exists with other referral sources such as realtors, architects, contractors, etc. We are investing heavily in a new modern show room in our Charleston location along with bringing on additional product lines to provide our customers.

Responsibilities

• Provide outstanding customer service
• Provide guidance on the design process from concept to completion
• Provide advice on materials and finishes
• Provide advice on assembly and disassembly of furniture items
• Prepare design proposals for customers
• Communicate with customers regarding their projects
• Prepare samples for customers
• Prepare quotes for customers
• Assisting with measurements
• Referring other product sales to other team members
• Maintain professional communication with coworkers, customers, and vendors.
• Meet with clients at customer’s homes to provide estimates for projects.
• Attend trade shows in Charleston, WV as well as other shows in the industry.
• Prospecting for new buisness
• Maintaining the showroom in a neat, current and clean environment
• Other duties as assigned by manager.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
