Administrative Assistant (Part-Time)

Local Business looking for a Part-Time Administrative Assistant. Responsibilities include answering multi line phones, taking orders from sales staff and customers, directing incoming calls to appropriate departments, 10-Key Data entry, filing, handling internet communications, daily deposits and monthly sales reports, etc.

Candidates must be detail oriented, conscientious with excellent organizational skills. Able to multi tasks, work independently or as a team member, dependable and have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Our Office Hours are Monday thru Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.

Can be flexible with schedule as long as candidate is welling to fill in for sick time, vacation time and inventory when needed.

Casual Office atmosphere.
