The Sales Analyst Assistant supports all administrative responsibilities related to customer contract management at the Area level. Supports local sales contract tracking, profit model development, incentive, and rebate requests.
Schedule:Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:00PM. Flex Start times are also available. Either 6:00am - 4:00pm or 9:00am to 6:00PM.
Starting Pay:
- If located in Reno, NV $19.00-$25.00 per hour depending on experience.
- If located in Livermore or Sacramento, California -$24.00-$28.00 per hour depending on experience.

Job Description
1. Support MDA tracking, profit model development and approval process.
Works with Sales management to request profit model and completes MDA worksheet. Submits paperwork and acts as Liaison between sales and legal. Completes EOA (Evidence of Authority) template per Bill of Authority and obtains signatures and submits. Assist Sales with completion of POY/PON forms as needed.
2. Works with Sales management to request profit model and completes Rebate worksheet. Inputs data into CASIS/LCRW. Completes EOA (Evidence of Authority) template per Bill of Authority and obtains signatures. Prints rebate agreements and assists Sales Management with obtaining customer signatures. Researches rebate questions and ensures tracking of results are in line with expectations.
3. Responsible for standardized reporting by running Merlin reports, ecom, order source tracking and any other one-off or standard reports requested by Sales Management or the customer.
4. Attends area sales events. Tracks sporting event ticket tracking and monitoring.
5. Performs other administrative duties as assigned by Sales Management.
Education/Training: High School diploma or equivalent required. College coursework or degree desirable.
Related Experience: Minimum three years' experience in administrative/clerical support required. Previous experience working for and coordinating schedules for a team of individuals is required. Previous meeting planning and travel coordination experience required. Experience in food service distribution desirable.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology. Should be familiar with Microsoft Office products (e.g., Word, Excel, Access, Outlook). Must be willing to travel within the area for meetings and events.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manages all aspects of the contract life cycle for assigned Areas including model & agreement generation, execution & setup, and maintenance & renewal/amendments across the various agreement types (Takeout Deals, A La Carte/Custom Customer Incentive Agreements, A La Carte/Custom Master Distribution agreements, Other Pricing Arrangements)
- Serves as a subject matter expert for all things related to contracts and provides answers and/or insights to the field and support office as needed.
- Performs routine reporting and review of existing customer contract portfolio to ensure contract compliance.
- Attends weekly/monthly meetings with field leaders around needed contract related actions and or decisions.
- Other duties as assigned by Manager.
WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Hybrid: This role is partially remote, and the associate is expected to perform assigned responsibilities from a combined home-based and office-based environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 3 years of administrative/clerical support experience
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, processes, methodologies, and systems
- Proficiency required in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
