Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Create and track quotes & enter details in the system (Visual Dispatch)
- Review Purchase Order (PO) inbox and update rentals with appropriate Pos and provide updates as needed
- Work directly with billing clerks to answer PO questions and follow up on billing attempts
- Complete Pre-Qualification Forms (PQFs)
- Generate reports including a weekly turndown and new customer report
- Order Certificate of Insurance and request W-9s
- Assist VP of Business Development with ROCIP/OCIP including tracking/reporting monthly hours for ROCIP/OCIP customers
- Other duties as assigned
- High School diploma or GED required
- Minimum of 3 years of sales support or billing experience within crane or construction industries
- Experience in Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (preferred but not required)
- Strong organizational and communication (written and verbal) skills
- Able to prioritize and coordinate multiple daily tasks and work within tight deadlines
