Job Description
This will be onsite Monday to Friday 8am-5pm.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent data entry, clerical, and organizational skills. While experience in a dealership environment and proficiency in using Dealer Management Software (DMS) like ADP and CDK would be great.
Skills Required:

- Familiarity with Dealership operations (a plus, but not necessary)
- Experience using Dealer Management Software (DMS) like ADP and CDK (preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- General office skills
Responsibilities:
- Audit inventory data for accuracy.
- Process purchase orders (POs) efficiently and accurately.
- Answer phone calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel for data entry and analysis.
- Perform general office tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to organize and manage large volumes of data efficiently.
- Familiarity with dealership operations (preferred).
- Experience using Dealer Management Software (DMS) like ADP and CDK (preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication and phone etiquette.
General office skills, including filing, record-keeping, and office equipment usage.
