Sales Account Representative

Encore Innovations is an innovative sales and marketing company that provides exceptional sales and marketing services.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Representative to join our team. As an Account Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role is instrumental in meeting our clients’ customer acquisition goals by utilizing face-to-face marketingand sales within our client's retail locations to generate new business and leads.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Engage face-to-face daily with potential new consumers and educate them on current promotions in a retail environment
• Provide excellent customer service for existing clientele
• Represent the brand through retail marketing sales campaigns
• Act as a point person for all consumer relations
• Generate leads and drive SALES

Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's or Associate's degree is preferred but not required (High school accepted)
• Must have a willingness to learn
• Strong analytical thinking skills
• Team player

Pay: $400.00 - $1,200.00 per week
