Account Manager - Technology

Netranom is a West Virginia based technology solutions provider seeking a Technical Account Manager to join a team of technology professionals in its Hurricane, WV office. This position will serve as technical advisor and liaison, in conjunction with account management, for current clients.

Duties & Essential Job Functions

Engineer solutions for computer, servers, network infrastructure, etc.

Create and interpret reports from our CRM

Meet with clients to present solutions and CRM reporting

Ability to prioritize client needs and relevant urgency

Create technology roadmaps for clients to build a budget for their IT

Recognize opportunities for account growth

Work in tandem with sales and service to provide an excellent client experience

Job Requirements:

Technical engineering skills required.

Excellent listening and communications skills, both verbal and written.

Strong customer relationship skills. Organized, detail oriented and self-motivated.

Ability to provide and maintain detailed documentation on each interaction.

Strong computer skills and the ability to effectively communicate through e-mail.

Advanced knowledge in computers, servers, printers, routers, switches, and other networking devices.

Advanced knowledge of all Microsoft Workstation Operating Systems and Applications.

Ability to present and field questions about engineered solutions

Problem-solving abilities

Ability to meet reasonable deadlines.

Ability to build positive and collaborative relationships.

Willingness to develop professionally.

Ability to work with little supervision as part of a team.

Relative certifications a plus.

Candidate should have 2 years’ experience in a similar role.
