What we are looking for: Sales Manager for Region 1 (Burlington, Chapel Hill and Apex, NC)
A people person who is looking to join an exciting growth-filled opportunity. It would be great if you came with a book of sales and have the ability to build relationships with referral sources, employees and caregivers for our upcoming new Burlington clinic and new clinic up and coming clinic in the High Point area. This position works collaboratively with the leadership team in driving new patient onboarding. If you have a positive attitude and are a self-starter, we’re the perfect team for you.
What your education should be:
A bachelor’s degree gets you major points.
Experience we like to see:
2 years working the healthcare sales and marketing field moves you to the top of the list.
What you need to be capable of:
- Developing and building relationships with referral partners.
- Sourcing new referrals and achieving quarterly goals.
- Working with the team to accept and process referrals through onboarding process.
- Creating and executing sales and marketing programs.
- Building a rapport with Front Desk patient advocates and providers to improve quality of onboarding.
Some other traits we like to see:
- Knowledge of the pediatric therapy market.
- Ability to communicate the mission and vision of our company.
- Capability of meeting new people and growing new relationships. No jerks please.
- Ability to lead new team members.
- Capacity to perform and consistently update competitive analysis.
- Works well with others, inside and outside the company,
- Has a knack for setting up and hosting community events.
Physical demands you may encounter:
Typical office stuff. That, and a lot of driving (good news, you get milage reimbursement).
Working conditions you should be aware of:
It’s an office environment, in case you’ve never worked in one it means using standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines. Nothing out of the ordinary for a sales position. You’ll be getting in and out of your car come rain or shine. It helps to have a thick skin, because like all sales positions, you’ll hear “no” occasionally.
