We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven individual to join our team as a Construction and/or HVAC Sales Account Manager. As a Sales Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to learn and grow while supporting the management of key client accounts. You'll be integral in developing relationships with existing clients and identifying new sales opportunities.

Job Purpose:

As a Sales Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and fostering strong client relationships within the HVAC construction industry. your primary responsibility will be to manage and grow key accounts, ensuring all client satisfaction, and contributing to overall business growth in your assigned region.

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management:

  • Develop and nurture relationships with existing clients in the HVAC construction industry in your market.
  • Develop a deep understanding of clients' business needs, challenges, and goals to provide tailored solutions and drive sales growth.
  • Send TAB Proposals to clients as created by the TAB Estimator.

Sales Growth:

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets by:
    • Identifying new business opportunities.
    • Identifying more opportunities with existing clients.
  • Collaborate with the Project Management team to leverage existing job site relationships. (General Contractors, Building Owners)

Contract Negotiation:

  • Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing agreements with clients to maximize profits while maintaining client satisfaction.
    • Ask for the job for every sent-out proposal.
    • Closing the sale.
  • Project Coordination
    • Collaborate with project managers:
      • Understand current and future lead times of our TAB team.
      • Help obtain a start date for the awarded job.

Market Intelligence:

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for business expansion.

Reporting:

  • Provide regular reports on sales performance, account status, and market insights to the management team by using a CRM software.

Qualifications:

  • Strong desire to grow sales in your assigned region.
  • Previous Construction and/or HVAC Sales experience a plus.
  • Strong desire to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Strong business acumen with a strategic mindset and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal of the English language.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
