We're seeking a Sales Account Manager focusing on the Midwest region with a specific emphasis on Milwaukee,, Chicago, and Plymouth areas. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of recent experience in selling rigid plastic packaging such as containers or rigid protective packaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients in the assigned territory, with a focus on Milwaukee, Chicago, and Plymouth, WI.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the region.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met effectively.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations to potential clients.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
- Travel to client sites within the territory, with the ability to reach Chicago, Milwaukee, or Plymouth within an hour.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in selling rigid plastic packaging.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to reach Chicago, Milwaukee, or Plymouth within an hour for client meetings.
Compentation: Base Salary plus bonus plus commission

Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
