SUMMARY:
This role is accountable for the coordination and oversight of all activities aimed at effectively boosting sales within the fresh and frozen pork processing sector. Responsibilities include establishing and cultivating new accounts, collaborating with existing pork accounts to enhance market share, introducing and promoting new products, investigating and resolving claims and credit issues, as well as collecting pertinent customer and market information for dissemination to senior management. Additionally, this position is entrusted with managing freezer position and P&L, requiring close collaboration with Prepared Foods Business Units, Fresh Meats Operations, and FSQA departments to optimize financial outcomes for Tyson Foods.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Education: A Bachelor's degree is required and 2 plus years experience in the fresh beef/pork/poultry industry in the area of meat sales.
- Computer Skills: Excellent computer skills; Microsoft office.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills; strong group presentation skills; strong written presentation skills required.
- Travel: 3-5 business trips per year average.
