ADTN International Ltd., a well-established Company, is looking for a self-motivated, organized, and knowledgeable Account Executive for SLEEPWEAR (Mens/Ladies) who can work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
The ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE will oversee all aspects of account management for key accounts and is financially accountable to drive results.
Key Accountabilities:
Responsible to manage national & regional retail accounts at all levels in both branded and private label programs.
Must have a strong understanding of product development and merchandising.
Excellent presentation and negotiation skills required.
Maintain and grow strong, effective relationships with internal & external partners.
Identify and deliver new business opportunities to grow the business with current & potential accounts.
Project and deliver monthly & annual sales forecasts to meet financial targets and drive revenue growth.
Shop the market to research and identify current trends and present competitive data to drive newness & business.
Partner with design/merchandising team on the product assortment
Consistently monitor and respond to opportunities in the market to identify ways to stay ahead of trends.
Follow order from inception to completion to ensure customer satisfaction.
Travel to accounts and trade shows required.
Required Skills/Abilities/Education:
Excellent organizational, communication and presentation skills with attention to detail
Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Self-Motivated, positive attitude
5 - 7 years’ experience in Sales or Merchandising in the wholesale fashion industry
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Ability to travel as needed.

Compensation:
Based on experience and current book of business with top retailers
Salary: Base $75-$95K (DOE) + Commission
