This position will report to the Intacct Implementation Manager and be part of an exciting and growing development organization by coordinating project tasks, creating project plans and other tasks as needed. Success in coordinating projects requires the clear ability to evaluate/communicate both risks and opportunities in-real time.

Job description
This position will report to the Intacct Implementation Manager and be part of an exciting and growing development organization by coordinating project tasks, creating project plans and other tasks as needed. Success in coordinating projects requires the clear ability to evaluate/communicate both risks and opportunities in-real time.
What you will be doing
- Utilizing proven project management methodologies to effectively map tasks and deliverables at a granular level.
- Raising concerns quickly escalating to leadership, as necessary.
- Coordinating project milestone, status, and alignment discussions with team.
- Preparing and delivering scheduled status updates to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Leveraging creative problem-solving skills, working to understand the challenges at hand and remove blockers to ensure tasks progress while maintaining engagement and alignment of team.
- Providing thought-leadership in internal continuous improvement and transformation efforts within team.
- Four-year degree in Business Administration, MIS, or equivalent program; Commensurate demonstrated career experience acceptable.
- 3 years prior project coordination experience.
- Sage Intacct Implementation/Project experience required.
- Demonstrated proficiency with PC software including Microsoft Office Suites.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to communicate with both associates and senior leadership within an organization.
- Strong organizational, attention to detail, and time management skills.
