JOB SUMMARY
As a Senior Accountant on the Outsourced Business Accounting team, you will work directly with clients and other team members to provision clients onto Sage Intacct and provide client training and support related to Sage Intacct functionality. This position requires monitoring of details to effectively manage financial information and solve accounting issues for our clients.
JOB DUTIES
• Implement Sage Intacct, Bill and other ERP technology
• Setup and configure third party integration tools
• Ability to project manage multiple Sage Intacct implementations at any given time while ensuring deadlines and quality are being met
• Data conversions from client's legacy accounting systems
• Document deliverables and completed activities
• Document business processes
• Train end users on the Sage Intacct and Bill technology and provide technical support to clients
• Develop reports and dashboards within Sage Intacct
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years accounting experience
• Sage Intacct Certified Specialist, Accounting
• Familiarity with Sage Intacct
• Proficient in Excel
• Ability to work with multiple software, clients and projects
• Timely responses to internal and client communications
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / QUALIFICATIONS
• Sage Intacct Certified Specialist, Implementation
TECHNICAL SKILLS
• MS Office and Teams experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with clients via email and phone
