Education/Qualifications:
1. Must possess a High School Diploma or GED.
2. Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Safety Management, Education Studies , or related field (preferred).
3. Two years’ experience in Safety Training or related discipline (preferred).
4. One year of oil & gas sector experience (preferred).
5. Possess a BCSP recognized certification such as OSHT, CHST, or CIT (preferred).
Required Skills:
1. Working knowledge of oil and gas industry.
2. Basic knowledge of federal and state regulations (OSHA, EPA, PADEP).
3. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office Suite).
4. Strong analytical, problem solving, and me management skills.
5. Strong organizational and record keeping skills
6. Reliable personal transportation with a valid driver’s license and clean MVR.
7. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work successfully with people at different levels in the organization.
8. Experience facilitating and presenting training material to large audiences.
Preferred Skills:
1. Working knowledge of KPA safety management soware platform.
2. First Aid/CPR/AED Trainer Certification
3. Heavy equipment (telehandler, aerial lift, skid steer) operating experience.
4. Safeland Instructor Certification.
5. Working knowledge of ISN, Veriforce, and Aveta systems.
6. Oil and gas Water Transfer field experience. Familiarity with rig up/rig down, pump operations, and other specialized water transfer skills.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
This position will assist the Training & Employee Development Manager with achieving industry-leading training and skill development for all levels of Keystone personnel, which will include, but not limited to:
1. Support HSE Compliance and established company curricula.
2. Deliver weekly New Hire Orientation, PEC Safeland, and Equipment Operator training and certification.
3. Conduct hands-on training with field personnel.
4. Manage employee profiles on KPA and add training credentials as required.
5. Assist in the development and implementation of current and future training initiatives.
6. Other duties as assigned.
