Safety And Training Analyst

FoxTrot Aviation Services is seeking an energetic, hands-on Safety and Training Analyst who is passionate about employee development, customer relationships, and travel!

• Assist with all occupational health and safety (OSHA) guidelines and implement throughout the company.
• Able to assist with OSHA 300 forms
• Completes OSHA required training with locations during visits and collects sign in sheets
• Assists with the implementation of all Training Proven Processes
• Inspect worksites and review working conditions
• Assists with Set up HazCom and Safety aspects of new locations Reports non-compliance or issues
• Audit Trained for Job Site compliance, and is able to train all Team Members.
• Correct unsafe acts and teach job site safety
• Monitor and report Safety and Training requirements and needs for locations to Safety/Training Office
• Ensure personnel follow all personal safety precautions (safety vests, protective goggles, etc.)
• Document reports of occurrences and record statistical information
• Leads investigations for BWC reportingo Manages Contacts for MCO/BWC/Insurance claims
• Maintains and applies for Grants as needed for BWC
• Assists with the development and implement LMS training programs
• Assists with disposal of substances according to environmental guidelines
• Ensure statutes, regulations, and codes are clearly understood and met
• Intervene to stop any acts or processes which are unsafe or do not comply with OSHA guidelines and reports
• May travel to many of the private and commercial side
• Assists with implementation of preventative measures to ensure unsafe processes are not repeated
• Assists training/re-training for Performance Improvement Plans (PIP)
• Assist with scheduling and conducting Safety/Training Committee Meetings
• Suggest update procedures and policies for new regulations or local ordinances
• Up to date on latest local and state regulation and guideline change
• Solid knowledge of state and local statutes and ordinances on fire Safety and prevention, loss control, hazardous chemicals, building, electrical, noise pollution and the environment
• Assist and monitor WBS for new locations and follow up on action items for everyone• Valid driver's license

Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and walk throughout the workday
• Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)

• Strong customer relations skills. Able to converse in aviation terms like aircraft types, phonetic alphabet, military time, and other common vocabulary
• Able to explain why services must be completed beyond aesthetics
• Knows when to ask questions and where to find answerso to coach all employees at all different abilities

Necessary Training:

• Minimum of OSHA 30 certified
• NATA PLST Training for specific team members.
  Assist with development of training material for company
• Assist in oversight over mentorship program
• Fall protection and Scaffolding training
• Master of Safety and Training SOPs Drug Free TOT certifiedo Lift Training Certified

Compensation

• $24 - $25 per hour
