Job Description
Location: Terre Haute, IN
Schedule: Monday-Friday (Onsite)
Position Summary:
SUMMARY
Manager of the safety function for the entire ENTEK organization. Responsible for managing all OSHA requirements and activities for compliance. Develops and implements programs intended to reduce or eliminate occupational injuries, illnesses, deaths, and financial losses.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following; other duties may be assigned and must be performed as needed.

• Develops accident-prevention and loss-control systems, and programs for incorporation into operational policies of the organization.
• Compiles, analyzes, and interprets statistical data related to exposure factors concerning occupational illnesses and accidents and prepares reports.
• Maintains liaison with outside organizations, such as fire departments, mutual aid societies, and rescue teams to assure information exchange and mutual assistance and participates in activities of related professional organizations.
• Coordinates safety activities of unit managers to ensure implementation throughout the organization.
• Maintains and develops required compliance manuals and training programs.
• Coordinates with Environmental Department with regard to various regulatory compliance and best practices activities affecting the environment, health and safety on the ENTEK campus.
• Assume a leadership role during safety related injury investigations and regulatory compliance audits.
• Actively participate in the scheduling and attendance of safety meetings across divisions to review safety performance and policies.
• Create and maintain a culture reflective of a commitment to an illness and injury -free workplace.
• Develop, implement and deliver training programs and schedule for staff to meet both regulatory requirements and best practices.

GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead people and process using Servant Leadership principals
• Follow all company policies
• Maintains regular and reliable attendance

• Represent ENTEK with the highest standard of professional conduct when interacting with coworkers, customers, and/or vendors
• Follow company core values

• Maintain all work areas to 5S standards
• Accurately complete all required documentation.

Experience and Skills
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, and or DESIRED SKILLS
Typically requires a bachelor's degree specializing in occupational health and safety and 7+ years of related experience, or equivalent.
Strong presentation skills preferred
Expert level with any and all laws related to Health, Safety and OSHA
Productions operations experience including leadership positions preferred.
Job Benefits
Salary Range: $105,000 - 115,000
