Responsibilities:
- Assist the Safety Manager in developing, implementing, and maintaining safety programs and policies.
- Conduct safety inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Track and analyze safety data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in investigating accidents and incidents, documenting findings, and recommending corrective actions.
- Provide support in delivering safety training and education programs to employees.
- Collaborate with team members to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Experience in the tracking field or a related industry is required. - at least 1 year + as Fleet, dispatcher or Safety Manager Assistant
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices is a plus.
