Safety Coordinator

Join our team as a Safety Coordinator (also known as EHS Coordinator or Safety Specialist) to help maintain and enhance our safety culture. You'll work closely with our EHS Supervisor, implementing a variety of safety, health, and environmental programs. You'll also coordinate safety training programs, assist with project creation and implementation, ensure OSHA compliance, and conduct on-site inspections and audits. This role requires flexibility to work outside regular business hours, including 2nd or 3rd shift hours, to meet business needs.

• Bilingual in Spanish with the ability to communicate verbally and written.
• 2 years of experience within a manufacturing environment preferred.
• General knowledge of occupational safety within a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Effective communication skills, including public speaking and presentation skills.
• Ability to work well in a team setting, as well as individually with minimal supervision.
• Advanced computer skills, including the ability to create and maintain spreadsheets and effectively put a presentation together.
