Form of workHire Counsel is currently seeking a Russian Fluent contract eDiscovery Review Manager for a remote Document Review Project starting in early November.
Job Details:
- Anticipated Start Date: Early November
- Estimated Duration: 3-4 weeks
- Hours: 40 hours a week
- Location: Work from home
- Pay Rate: 95/hr
Responsibilities Include:
- Internal and external collaboration with team members, clients, opposing counsel, IT personal and/or client legal teams to ensure timely and accurate execution of eDiscovery tasks per client contract.
- Track attendance of team members.
- Acting as initial point of contact regarding non-substantive concerns or questions.
- Managing the First Level Review Process and QC Process that Hire Counsel has put in place.
- Assisting with Questions Log, Daily Metrics Report and Issue Log Creation.
- Communicating timely identification and resolution of substantive issues from review team in a defensible and documented manner to Outside Counsel.
Qualifications:
- JD or LLM Required
- Must be licensed and in good standing in at least 1 US jurisdiction
- Must be fluent in Russian
- Must be able to take and pass a Russian language ALTA test
- Minimum of 1 years’ experience as aeDiscovery Review Manager handling the tasks listed above
- Highspeed internet access and dedicated office space
- No concurrent document review or other legal employment permitted
