JOB DESCRIPTION and RESPONSIBILITIES
The Graphic Designer will report to the Digital Production Manager with firm-wide responsibility for content generation and production across all service lines and in alignment with broader marketing initiatives. You will play a crucial role in our creative team, working closely with our marketing specialist and marketing manager to create visually appealing and effective graphic assets.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Create eye-catching and on-brand graphics for various digital and print materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, flyers, brochures, and website elements.
- Collaborate with team members to brainstorm and develop design concepts, ensuring they align with our brand identity and goals.
- Enhance and retouch images to ensure they meet quality standards and resonate with our target audience.
- Skillfully use typography to convey messages and improve the overall design of materials.
- Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design projects, ensuring a consistent and professional appearance.
- Utilize industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) to create, edit, and finalize design projects.
- Be willing to make revisions and improvements to designs based on input from team members.
- Organize and maintain a well-structured digital asset library for easy access and use by the team.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
- A degree in graphic design or a related field is preferred but not required.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work (online or PDF format).
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of design principles, including layout, color theory, and typography.
- Superior communication skills, both written and oral.
- Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.
ALLOCATION OF TIME
- Marketing Support – 90%
- Administrative – 10%
Travel is typically not required. Office-to-office travel may occur from time to time.
