SalarySeeking IBM RPG Applications Developer for Hybrid position in Jefferson City, MO. Will be responsible for:
Maintain OPII application, including user screen functionality, back-end databases, and sub-programs/routines. Tasks include but are not limited to: Add new values to database tables, modify screens to include additional fields, maintain database dependencies and programmatic rules, address any impact or effects of the value changes on any other OPII system functionality, i.e., reports or behind-the-scenes functionality, and document/update specifications, data relationships, and maintenance efforts and findings.
Requirements
- Applications Development in IBMi environment using RPG language (8-10 yrs.)
- iSeries/AS400 database experience
- SDLC processes
- Abstract thinking and problem-solving
- creating/updating documentation/data mapping
- Outstanding communication skills
- Independent/self-starter with ability to work as part of a team.
