Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and track the RPA projects pipeline to identify automation ideas through all steps to completion, including monthly reporting and maintaining our Automation Hub project data
- New automation testing and working with business stakeholders for sign-off, including communication with developers on business requirements testing to ensure all business requirements have been met.
- Once the automation is ready to be moved to production, ensure that production testing is successful prior to final sign-off.
- Support existing automations relating to change orders, pilot expansions, environment testing, break-fix testing, and general developer support to ensure existing automations run smoothly
- Participate in infrastructure upgrade testing relating to existing RPA automations
- Partner with the process owners to develop an end-to-end understanding of automation ideas and document the impacted processes and business requirements in a process design document (PDD) and testing scripts.
- Consider change management implications for implementation of new and expanded RPA automations
- Act as a liaison between business and technical resources on RPA related topics
- Proactively ensure adequate test data and testing scripts are available for RPA testing
- Review and update process documentation based upon process review and UAT testing results
- Ensure all internal controls relating to the position are maintained for audit purposes.
- Support other GBSC process improvement or testing initiatives as assigned. Perform related and/or additional job duties as required.
Education and Preferred Experience
- Typically possesses a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Science, or Computer Science or related fields, with 2-5 years of experience.
- 2+ years of experience supporting business process documentation with business owners
- Understanding of user acceptance testing process and procedure, including familiarity with ERP systems and other financial systems.
- Previous exposure to a variety of business processes
- Strong computer skills including Excel and Word

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with a customer service mindset
- Systems focused mindset with understanding of business services
- Enthusiastic to learn and adapt in a high pace environment
- Ability to work overtime and non-standard hours as the position supports a global user base
