Responsibilities:
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of guest rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, and living areas, in accordance with Hilton's established guidelines.
- Efficiently change linens, make beds, and replace towels to maintain a fresh and inviting atmosphere.
- Restock room amenities and supplies to enhance guest convenience and comfort.
- Conduct vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and dusting of guest rooms and public areas to maintain cleanliness.
- Identify and report maintenance or repair needs to ensure a safe and functional environment for guests.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to achieve efficient room turnover and maintain a smooth workflow.
- Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience in housekeeping, especially in a hotel setting, is a plus.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong time management skills to meet room turnover targets.
- Excellent communication skills for interactions with guests and team members.
- Physical capability to perform tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
