Job Role:
We are seeking an experienced and driven door to door Sales Rep to oversee our growing portfolio of services. This role involves selling door to door and ensuring that all projects meet our high standards, deadlines, and budget requirements. The Sales Rep will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, coordinating with team members, and driving sales through effective use of the Roof Strategist sales course.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead roofing, gutter, and insulation projects, ensuring excellence in execution and customer satisfaction.
- Employ strategic sales techniques from the Roof Strategist sales course to identify opportunities and close deals effectively.
- Utilize Acculynx and Housecall Pro for project management, including tracking, scheduling, and ensuring project progress is transparent and on schedule.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, maintaining Innovative Roofing's esteemed reputation in the Omaha community.
- Oversee quality control for all services provided, addressing any issues promptly and efficiently.
- Manage and leverage marketing materials provided to promote business growth and secure new projects.

An attractive, uncapped commission structure based on profit margins, alongside comprehensive support including tools, marketing materials, and a dedicated support staff to help with administrative tasks, enabling you to focus on project management and sales.

- Proven experience in project management within the roofing, gutters, and insulation industry.
