Spann Roofing & Sheet Metal, Inc. services will be performed on a wide variety of roofing systems, both flat and sloped, including:

• Built-up roofing (cold and torch-applied assemblies)
• Coatings
• EPDM/TPO/PVC
• Metal roofing and flashings
• Shingles
• Tile

The Roofer/Helper job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Tear-off, install and maintain various types of roofs, including shingle, tile, metal, and flat roofs
- Remove old roofing materials and prepare surfaces for new roofing installation
- Measure and cut roofing materials to fit specific areas
- Install flashing, vents, and other roof components
- Ensure roofs are properly sealed and waterproofed
- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate safety equipment while working at heights

Experience:
- Previous experience in roofing or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of different roofing materials and techniques
- Familiarity with tools and equipment used in roofing installations and repairs
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $17.00 per hour

• 10 hour shift
• 12 hour shift
• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Experience:

• Construction: 1 year (Preferred)
• Roofing: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
