Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Roadway Design Engineerto join our team! In this role you will get to help deliver transportation design projects across Florida and the region .

What You'll Be Doing:

• Work in a team environment to help deliver transportation design projects.

• Perform Roadway Design Engineering and develop plans.

• Help develop junior engineers.

• Coordinate with other design disciplines (Traffic, Structural, ITS, Geotechnical) to develop a comprehensive project design.

• Coordinate with clients, owners, stakeholders and contractors to resolve design issues.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 5+ years of related work experience. In addition, an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) Certificate may be required

• Strong communication skills.

• Experience delivering Roadway Design projects.

• Experience with CAD and other software associated with civil Roadway Design

• Ability to work independently and assume responsibility.

• Experience coordinating the work of others to meet project deadlines.

• Interest in developing project management skills.

• Experience delivering projects in Florida.

Salary Range:
