Rn/Lpn Homecare Pediatric Case - Part Time/Full Time

We are looking for responsible and compassionate nurses who love to make a difference in the lives of our pediatric clients. They can range from ages 0-21.

Our cases generally range from 8-12 hour shifts. There are Monday-Sunday, day, and overnight opportunities. You can PICK your shifts from what we have available.

Responsibilities

• Care for individuals based on personalized Plan of Care Informs the Director of Nursing and any other appropriate personnel of changes in the client's conditions and needs
• Counsels client and family through care process while updating family regularly
• Assures proper maintenance of clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws
• Participates in agency performance improvement activities and continuously staying informed about changes in the field of nursing and home healthcare

Requirements

• Current unrestricted LPN and RN license in the state of Florida.
• Comfortable working with pediatrics.
• A minimum one (1) year of documented experience is required. Three (3) to five (5) years of clinical experience with one (1) year experience in a home health agency, primary care clinic, or health facility, preferred.
• Reliable car/auto insurance
• Clean background and criminal record
• Understands regulatory compliance with state and federal regulations
• Adhere to HIPAA and maintain client confidentiality
