They have an immediate need for an amazing RNFA to help elevate and continue to provide top notch patient care!
The RN First Assistant ( RNFA ) renders direct patient care as part of the perioperative role by assisting the surgeon in the surgical treatment of the patient. The responsibility of functioning as First Assistant must be based on documented knowledge and skills acquired after specialized preparation, formal instruction and supervised practice.

Job Description:

• SIGN ON BONUS: $10,000 Available to external candidates in accordance with the Health System policy.

EDUCATION:

• Other: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.

CERTIFICATION & LICENSURE:

• RN-Registered Nurse of California
• CNOR-Certified Perioperative Nurse
• BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider

TYPICAL EXPERIENCE:

• 5 years of recent relevant experience.

Three years experience as RN in the Operating Room encompassing both the circulator and the scrub roles.
