Position Summary

The Registered Nurse First Assistant (RNFA) plays a vital role in surgical teams, collaborating with surgeons to ensure optimal patient outcomes. As an expert perioperative nurse, the RNFA provides direct assistance during surgical procedures, demonstrating proficiency in advanced nursing skills, critical thinking, and surgical techniques. Responsibilities include preoperative patient assessment, intraoperative support, and postoperative care coordination. The RNFA is integral to maintaining a safe and efficient surgical environment, contributing to the delivery of high-quality patient care and positive surgical outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications

• One year recent experience required
• CA RN License required
• BLS/ACLS/NALS/PALS/CRNFA/CCRN/CNOR/as applicable

Shift

5 EIGHTS= 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. On call as needed... 13 week assignment

Pay

$3,711 Per Week Plus any on call pay and callbacks performed.
