YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Registered Nurse - Assistant Director, you play a vital role! Your typical schedule is Monday - Friday from 9 am to 5 pm. You help the Director of Nursing as needed and review plans of care. You always take the time to consult with other RNs on the team to review care plans, as well as to provide management and motivation. Essentially, you're a nurse in a management position!
Here's what you need:
- 1 year or more of home health experience
- Current RN license
- Current BLS card
