We are seeking a Weekend Supervisor to join our team. The Weekend Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managing the operations during weekend shifts. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team. The Weekend Supervisor will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Duties:
- Supervise and manage a team of employees during weekend shifts
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members
- Monitor employee performance and provide feedback
- Ensure that all tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Collaborate with other supervisors to coordinate workflow and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a supervisory role is required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of coding, Epic, IV insertion, Family planning, IV infusion, Primary care, Workers compensation law is preferred
- Experience in nurse management is a plus
- Ability to work weekends and flexible hours as needed
