Job Title: RN Unit Manager

Location: Philadelphia, PA, 19146

Duration: 15 week contract

Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm

Guarantee Hours: 40 per week

Note: M-F {$1,000 QS bonus approved if able to start in 72 hours from the time of offer.}

Overview:

Lead and coordinate our nursing team as an RN Unit Manager, overseeing daily operations to ensure high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

Supervise nursing staff and manage unit operations.

Collaborate with healthcare teams and ensure regulatory compliance.

Provide mentorship and contribute to staff development.

Qualifications:

Valid RN license with leadership experience.

BLS and ACLS certifications.

Strong clinical and communication skills.
