We are currently seeking to add another dynamic Inside Sales Representative/ Business Development Manager to our team. Looking for a self-motivated individual who possesses a hunter mentality... driven by the excitement of prospecting, cold calling, acquiring clients, and closing new deals. This position offers on-site work with hybrid/remote options based on performance.
Position Responsibilities:
Responsible for driving revenue growth by effectively identifying, prospecting, and converting leads into satisfied customers through excellent communication, relationship-building, and sales skills.
· Prospecting and Lead Generation through cold calling, networking, digital marketing and events.
· Product Knowledge: Quickly understand the company's products, including features & benefits, and competitive advantages. Keeping abreast of industry developments, new sales techniques, and product updates through self-study to enhance selling skills and effectiveness.
· Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with customers to close sales and exceed revenue and gross margin targets.
· Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales activities, maintaining records of interactions with customers in CRM, and providing regular reports to management on sales performance, forecasts, and trends.
· Market Research: Staying informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify & communicate new opportunities for sales growth.
· Cultivating strong relationships: with both existing and potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and pain points. Providing ongoing support leading to business growth.
Qualifications:
- Associate degree required, Bachelor’s degree a plus.
- Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. Nursing or Criminal Justice background, and knowledge of drugs of abuse, preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills: successfully close deals, handle objections, and reach mutually beneficial agreements with customers.
- Self-Motivation and Drive: self-starters, motivated by targets and driven to succeed. Ideal candidates work well independently, manage their time effectively, and persistently pursue opportunities for sales growth.
- Adaptability and Resilience: The sales environment can be dynamic and challenging, requiring individuals who can adapt to changing circumstances, handle rejection, and bounce back from setbacks with resilience.
- Tech Savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, written and oral.
