Join our growing eICU team! We are expanding our care and will now be supporting 26 units and 165+ beds, in three states.
We are seeking a Registered Nurse Supervisor to:
- Work in a collaborative manner with eICU RN program director to facilitate efficient clinical operations, professional development of staff, and effective management of resources.
- Maintain and coordinate the daily operations of the eICU.
- Participate in hiring, terminations, performance evaluations, counseling, discipline, maintaining competency levels of staff, professional and clinical development, orientation plans, scheduling, daily assignments, education, and collaborative staff meetings.

Education:
Minimum - Bachelor of Science in Nursing
Preferred - Master's in Nursing
Work Experience:
Minimum -Two (2) years relevant experience in clinical practice
Preferred -Management or supervisory experience with demonstrated success
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum - Licensed as Registered Nurse in the state of Wisconsin and any additional states served.
Preferred -Certification in specialty area
