Rn Staff Nurse

Responsibilities:

- Perform physical examinations and health assessments on patients
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans
- Educate patients and their families about healthcare conditions, treatments, and preventive measures
- Assist with diagnostic procedures such as spinal taps and mammography
- Provide primary care services to patients in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and home care environments
- Manage airways and provide emergency care when necessary

Requirements:

- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Proficient in medical terminology and documentation
- Strong knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Ability to perform physical assessments and interpret medical data accurately
- Experience in administering medications and treatments safely
- Familiarity with various healthcare settings and ability to adapt to different environments
- Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare setting

Pay: $50.00 - $100.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
