1. Maintains a professional image and exhibits excellent customer relations to patients, visitors, physicians, and co- workers in accordance with our Service Excellence Standards and Core Values.

2. The Physician Office/Clinical RN assists the physician in assessing the needs of patients based on data collected through history, observation, physical exam, telephone triage and analysis of diagnostic data.

3. Performs direct patient care, i.e. triage, assessment, procedures, treatments, patient education, discharge and follow-up instructions.

4. Assists with hospital rounds; assists with dictating Discharge Summaries, H & P, Consults and OP Reports.

5. Performs other duties necessary in providing high quality patient care; serves as an integral part of the overall clinical team for physician office.

6. Possesses skills and abilities required in a multifaceted environment in addition to those relating to nursing.

Must haves:

At least 2 year of experience, BLS required

Job Type: Contract

Salary: $37.00 per hour

Expected hours: 36 per week
