About these units:
This is a fast role that care for critical care step-down from ICU, which includes cardiac and neuro patients, as well as patients at an acuity too high for med/surg such as PCU and IMCU. May also be floated for ED Holding or MedSurg units.

Licensure & Certification:

- Full time: 36 hours per week, 12 hour shifts.
- Holiday and weekend rotation required.
- Hours:7p-7a

- up to 30 bed units, 4:1 and 5:1 patient to nurse ratio.
- Must have prior Critical Care experience in PCU, IMCU or ICU

Employment Requirements:
- Successful completion of drug screen
- Employment background check

Education/Experience:
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN/ASN) required, BSN preferred.
- Prior RN experience is preferred.
Licensure & Certification:
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Indiana.
- BLS certification must be maintained while in this position
- ACLS certification must be maintained while in this position
- PALS Certification must be obtained within 12 months of hire
