SalaryWe are looking for a Dental OfficeFront Desk Receptionist to serve as our patients first point of contact and manage all aspects of their check in and check out. Their responsibilities include verifying insurances, get a detailed dental benfits breakdown registering patients, and able to manage heavy call volume in a very proficient and professional way. If you have a knack for customer service and work experience in the dental industry, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, you will help create a pleasant and welcoming environment for our patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- Manage online and phone appintments and confirm them.
- Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data
- Register patients collecting necessary information (like contact details and exact dates of their stay)
- Welcome and acknowledge patients upon their arrival
- Upsell additional facilities and services, when appropriate
- Experience in dental treatment planning is preferred

- Work experience as a Dental Office front desk and treatment plannning coordinator
- Customer service attitude
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week

- Computer skills/open dental: 2 years (Required)
- Dental front desk/ treatment coordinator: 3 years (Required)
