Our client is a well-established Hospice organization. They have a current opening for an RNBranch Directorfor their Home Health location in the Ventura / Oxnard, CA area. Management experience as a Registered Nurse is a must. Home Health experience is required. Lots of room for growth! Relocation candidates welcome to apply!
RN Branch Director Job Requirements

• Medicare Hospice leadership experience as a RN.
• Excellent understanding of state/federal Home Health regulations, OASIS, and PDGM.
• Financial and business development understanding.
• HomeCare HomeBase (HCHB) experience preferred.

RN Branch Director Job Responsibilities

• Manage the day-to-day branch operations including budget.
• Ensure compliance with all state / federal regulations.
• Work with Sales staff to grow census.
