Education
Required: Associates Degree in Nursing or diploma program
Preferred: BSN
Experience
Required: Three (3) to five (5) years in a quality or risk position, or a management position with quality responsibilities.
License/Certifications
Required: Current AZ RN license or compact state RN license.
Preferred: CPHRM and/or ARM designation preferred.
