Responsibilities:
Accounts Payable
Casselberry
Monday-Friday- Review and verify invoices and check requests
- Sort, code and match invoices
- Schedule invoices for payment
- Post invoices in the SX.e system
- Track expenses and process expense reports
- Prepare and perform check runs
- Post transactions to journals, ledgers and other records
- Reconcile accounts payable transactions
- Prepare analysis of accounts as requested
- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date
- Research and resolve invoice discrepancies and issues
- Maintain vendor files
- Correspond with vendors and respond to inquiries
- Produce monthly reports as requested
- Assist with month end closing
- Provide supporting documentation for audits as requested
- Drafts written responses or replies by phone or e-mail when necessary. Responds to regularly occurring requests for information.
- Ability to also understand the accounts receivable process for cross training as back-up.
- Works independently and within a team on projects.
- Operate office equipment, such as computer, copiers, or phone systems.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned and required.

Job Requirements: - Minimum of High School diploma or GED.
- At least 4 years of experience in Accounts Payable and General Accounting
- Basic knowledge of reading English, writing and basic math.
- Must be willing to work at least 40 hours per week.
- Must be able to solve adaptive challenges. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written or oral form.
- Very organized with the ability to prioritize with attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
- Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and have good judgement
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Must be able to demonstrate great team behavior and must be willing to promote an effective team-oriented environment.
- Must be organized, efficient, and self-motivated.
- Excellent attendance a must.
- Ability to pass a drug screen.
