Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer ($200K+)

Reverse mortgages are extremely insulated from high interest rates. With 10,000 seniors turning 65 each day, the new Reverse Mortgage program is quickly becoming the fastest-growing mortgage in the U.S., especially in the state of Arizona with a significant aging population.

We are currently recruiting local Territory Managers for each of the following 7 regions throughout Arizona:

- Region #1: Phoenix Metro (Central Maricopa County)

- Region #2: Phoenix – West (West Maricopa County – Glendale/Surprise/Avondale)

- Region #3: Phoenix – East (East Maricopa County – Scottsdale/Tempe/Mesa/Chandler)

- Region #4: Pinal County (Pinal/Gila/Graham Counties)

- Region #5: Pima – West (Pima County West of Tucson to Yuma/La Paz Counties)

- Region #6: Tucson Metro (Tucson Metro East to Cochise County)

- Region #7: NW Arizona (Mohave/Yavapai/Coconino Counties)

We Offer:

● Proven Reverse Mortgage education, coaching, and prospecting methodology to help you earn over $200K/yr in your territory

● 100% Commissions on self-generated forward loans ($750 Admin Fee)

Responsibilities:

● Participate in 2-day in-person Reverse Mortgage and sales training (May 2nd & 3rd at The Hilton Scottsdale Links Resort)

● Meet with 5-7 referral referral partners weekly, following our proven partner prospecting and sales program

● Attend industry networking events hosted by financial advisors, in-home care, estate planners, and fiduciaries

● Manage your territory with HubSpot CRM

● Close 1-2 Reverse Mortgage transactions monthly (approximately 4-6 months after referral building partner network) with a net comp of $8K - $10K per transaction

Required Skills and Experience:

● Arizona resident with active NMLS license

● Minimum 5 years of experience in originating traditional and/or HECM loans for a mortgage brokerage

● Exceptional sales and communication skills

● Proven ability to work effectively from a home office

● Experience utilizing CRM systems a plus

● Proven success with 100% commission comp plans

● Desire to help seniors
