Experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer

We are currently seeking an experienced Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer to join our team at MCM. As a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer, you will be responsible for originating, processing, and closing Reverse Mortgage Loans for our clients.

Responsibilities:

• Originate and process Reverse Mortgage Loans
• Work with clients to determine their financial needs and offer appropriate solutions
• Assist clients in completing loan applications and all necessary paperwork
• Conduct thorough reviews of client financial information to ensure loan eligibility
• Manage pipeline of loans and ensure timely processing and closing
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, referral partners, and industry contacts

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Reverse Mortgage Loan Officer
• Strong knowledge of Reverse Mortgage underwriting guidelines and regulations
• Ability to manage a pipeline of loans and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Familiarity with mortgage industry software and technology

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $65,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
