Responsibilities
Job Summary: The Revenue Project Coordinator - Overpayment Recovery will serve as an integral part of the Payment Integrity Unit (PIU). This position will provide support with identifying, processing, and tracking OVERPAYMENT RECOVERIES through to resolution. The Revenue Project Coordinator will manage correspondence related to recoveries, assist with research, resolve issues within time limitations, and provide quality, accurate documentation. The Revenue Project Coordinator will be able to report outstanding recoveries and results of recoveries. Perform other duties as assigned to assist the PIU department with all types of recoveries.

Qualifications
Qualifications and Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in healthcare such as medical claims, medical front/back office, contracting or Provider Relations
- Experience with medical claims recoveries and/or medical billing preferred.
- Experience in working with QNXT or any claim's processing application is preferred.
- Proficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Demonstrated ability to design and develop reports, documents, and spreadsheets.
- Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Ability to communicate claims overpayment information in writing when responding to internal/external customers regarding issues/questions.
- Decisive and exercises good judgment under pressure.
- Demonstrated skills in critical thinking, problem solving, and the analysis, interpretation, and evaluation of complex information.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain effective collaborative working relationships with staff.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Resourceful, meticulous, and able to assimilate and analyze a wide variety of information, often working under deadline pressure with a variety of levels of staff.
- Simultaneous action at varying stages-initiation, follow through, and completion-on several a different projects.
- Strict adherence to rules and regulations for confidentiality and compliance.
- Enjoys working in both individual and team settings.
- Must be able to work independently, providing management with status updates.
